HDPE/PE Tarpaulin

At Mahashakti, our HDPE/PE Tarpaulins are made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric laminated with Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or linear LDPE on one or both sides. These tarpaulins are not traditional fabrics; they are engineered from multiple layers of laminated material and are precision-cut, sealed, and finished for versatile end-use applications. They offer exceptional strength, flexibility, and weather resistance.

The base fabric is manufactured using virgin-grade HDPE tapes woven into a durable mesh structure. This is then laminated with LDPE/LLDPE film to create a waterproof, UV-resistant, and tear-resistant final product. Depending on application needs, these tarps can also be treated with fire-retardant or anti-corrosive coatings.

Designed for a range of heavy-duty applications, these tarps are ideal for agricultural, construction, and transportation covers. Also used for industrial protection, relief shelters and more applications. Lightweight, easy to handle and can withstand prolonged exposure to extreme weather.

It is used for the protection from rains & heavy sunlight.
During transportation of goods through trucks & wagons.
For protection during construction & crop cultivation, tarpaulins are used.
Flooring is another area of application for protection from damp & dusty soil.
The product is also duly UV stabilized for suitable conditions.
