Fumigation is the method in which gaseous pesticides or fumigants are inserted in air-tight covers to suffocate/poison the pests within. Fumigation tarps/covers are used in seed processing industries, warehouses of wheat, rice, spices, tobacco & other products. It acts as a barrier to prevent the leakage of harmful chemicals into the environment.
